Croma, the AIM listed total security specialist today announces the appointment of James Leslie Dunion as Finance Director and Company Secretary, with immediate effect.

James, 49, was previously Finance Director at R H Miller (Group) Ltd and has held roles at Kilco (International) Ltd, Hunter Boot Ltd, James Gordon (Engineers) Ltd and the Royal Bank of Scotland Group plc. James will oversee the financial affairs of the Group and its operating subsidiaries.

The company also announces that Gerald McGill is resigning from his duties as Finance Director and Company Secretary of Croma in order to pursue other business interests, with immediate effect.

"We are delighted that James has agreed to take on the role of Finance Director at Croma. He has become a valuable member of the team since joining the Group earlier this year and we look forward to benefitting from his experience in the future.

There are no further disclosure obligations under Schedule Two, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules.
