CROMA SECURITY SOLUTIONS GROUP PLC, the AIM listed total security services provider, is pleased to announce the appointment with immediate effect of Mr. Alexander Tetley as Finance Director of the succeeding, Mr. Richard Juett.

Commenting on Alex's appointment, Sebastian Morley, Chairman said "To support its continued development the time has now come for the Group to progress to a full-time finance role, rather than the previous part-time arrangement. On behalf of the Board I welcome Alex to the Company and look forwards to working with him. We thank Richard for the contribution he has made to the Group, and wish him well in the future."

Alexander Tetley FCA (aged 48)

Mr. Tetley, known as Alex, a chartered accountant, began his career in 1987 in the British Army, serving in the 1st Battalion Scots Guards, and subsequently as UN military observer in Cambodia, Equerry to HRH the Duke of Kent and as Company Commander. He began his civilian career in 1998 with Grant Thornton, specialising in audit and corporate finance, then progressing to Baker Tilly, AC Mole and Milsted Langdon. Latterly, he has provided financial and management services to smaller companies through Alex Tetley Corporate Management Services Ltd. In parallel with his professional career, from 2008 to 2013 Alex acted as Honorary Treasurer of Somerset County Cricket Club.

Directorships and partnerships in the last five years are as follows :

Mr. Tetley has no interest in the Ordinary shares of the Company. There are no other disclosures required in accordance with Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules.
