Consort Medical plc announces that Jonathan Glenn, CEO, has exercised an award over ordinary shares in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') in accordance with the terms of the Consort Medical plc Performance Share Plan (the 'PSP') (the 'Award').
The Award was exercised for nil consideration on 21 August 2018 pursuant to an award made on 10 September 2015.
The exercise of the Award was satisfied out of the Ordinary Shares held in the Consort Medical plc Employee Share Ownership Trust.
Also on 21 August 2018, Mr Glenn disposed of Ordinary Shares at £11.48 per share with part of the net proceeds of the disposal used to cover the tax liabilities associated to the exercise of the Award. Mr. Glenn's resultant interest in the Ordinary Shares of the Company is shown below.
