Transfer of Shares to Spouse by PDMR

The Company announces that it received notification on 30 March 2016 of the transfer by Ian Muir of 135,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each into the name of his wife, Sharee Muir for nil consideration.

Following the transfer, there is no change in Mr Muir's total beneficial holding of 140,052 shares in the Company representing approximately 0.29% of the total issued shares in the Company.
