Director/PDMR shareholding

Consort Medical plc announces that the undermentioned directors and other persons discharging managerial responsibilities, ('PDMRs'), have received shares under the terms of the Consort Medical plc Deferred Bonus Plan ('DBP').
The DBP awards vested on 19 June 2015 pursuant to an Award made on 19 June 2012 and were exercised for nil consideration by the individuals on 26 June 2015 within the 40 day period allowed for the exercise of awards.
The exercise of the awards was satisfied out of the ordinary shares held in the Consort Medical plc Employee Share Ownership Trust.
The exercises of awards/disposals referred to below were made on 26 June 2015 at £9.1275 per share: the Company was informed of the above transactions by the Consort Medical Employee Share Ownership Trust on 30 June 2015.
