Consort Medical plc announces that Jonathan Glenn, CEO, has exercised awards over ordinary shares in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') in accordance with the terms of the Consort Medical plc Deferred Bonus Plan (the 'DBP') and the Consort Medical Performance Share Plan (the 'PSP') (together the 'Awards').
The Awards were exercised for nil consideration on 14 August 2019 pursuant to respective awards made on 21 June 2016.Ā
The exercise of the Awards was satisfied out of the Ordinary Shares held in the Consort Medical plc Employee Share Ownership Trust.
Also on 14 August 2019, Mr Glenn disposed of Ordinary Shares at Ā£7.26 per share with the net proceeds of the disposal used to cover tax liabilities associated to the above exercise of the Awards only. Mr Glenn's increased resultant interest in the Ordinary Shares of the Company is shown below.
