Directorship Changes
At the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting held earlier today, George Kennedy retired from the board of Consort Medical plc. He is succeeded as Senior Independent Director by Dr William Jenkins and as Chair of the Remuneration Committee by Dr Lynn Drummond, who will also join the Audit Committee.
Peter Fellner, Chairman, stated "On behalf of the Board, I would very much like to thank George for his valuable contribution and commitment to the Group over the past five years."
