Consort Medical plc (LSE: CSRT) ("Consort", "Consort Medical" or the "Group"), a leading, global, single source pharma services drug and delivery device company, today announces that Richard Cotton, Group Chief Financial Officer, will be leaving the business in order to accept the position of Chief Financial Officer at Dechra Pharmaceuticals PLC, a FTSE 250 Company. Richard will leave Consort after the interim results in December 2016, to ensure an orderly transition. The search for his successor is underway, and a further announcement will be made in due course.
