Board changes

On 20th November 2013 Dr Lynn Drummond was appointed to the Board of Venture Life as non-executive Chairman. Following admission of Venture Life plc to the London Stock Exchange on 28th March 2014 this disclosure is given in accordance with LR 9.6.14 R.

Dr Lynn Drummond has notified the Board of Consort Medical plc that due to other board level commitments, she will not stand for re-election at the next Annual General Meeting, and will step down from her current position as a non-executive director of the company once a suitable successor has been found.

Dr Peter Fellner, Consort's Chairman, said; "Lynn has been an integral member of our board during a three year period which has seen the company go from strength to strength. I would like to thank her for her considerable contribution to Consort Medical and along with the Board, wish her well for the future". 

The company is working with external advisers to identify a suitable replacement for Dr Drummond.
