Additional Listing
Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock Exchange for 600,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities ("Admission").
The new Ordinary Shares, which will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue, may be issued pursuant to the exercise of 200,000 employee share options under the Consort Medical plc Performance Share Plan 2015 and 400,000 employee share options in relation to the Consort Medical plc Share Save Plan 2017. It is expected that Admission will become effective and that dealings in the Ordinary Shares will commence on 15 June 2018.
