Quarterly Net Asset Value
Civitas Social Housing PLC ("Civitas"), the first LSE-listed REIT specialising in social housing, came to market on 18 November 2016. Civitas is pleased to announce its quarterly net asset value ("NAV") for the short period from Initial Public Offering to 31 December 2016.
At close of business, the unaudited NAV per ordinary share of the Company was 98.0 pence.
