Net b2b2 PLC20 February 2008 Netb2b2 plc ("Netb2b2" or "the Company") Issue of Equity Netb2b2 plc (AIM:NEB) announces that, yesterday, the Company issued 2.5 millionordinary shares of £0.10 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to Keith Young,the Company's Chairman. This represents the second tranche of Ordinary Shares tobe issued to Mr Young pursuant to the agreement between him and the Company,entered into in December 2007. Details of this transaction were set out in thenotice of extraordinary general meeting posted to shareholders and notified on 4December 2007. The placing price for the Ordinary Shares was £0.10. Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange plc for the new OrdinaryShares to be admitted to trading on AIM and it is anticipated that admissionwill become effective and that dealings will commence on 25 February 2008.
