Crown Place VCT PLC30 March 2007 CROWN PLACE VCT PLC SHARE PURCHASE , VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL Crown Place VCT PLC announces that it has, today, purchased 1,125,471 Ordinaryshares at a price of 37 pence per share. This represents 1.43% of the totalnumber of voting rights in the Company before the transaction. These shareswill be held in Treasury. Following this transaction, and, in conformity with the Transparency Directive'stransitional provision 6 we would like to notify the market of the following; Crown Place VCT PLC's capital today consists of 86,099,873 Ordinary shares witha nominal value of 10p each. Crown Place VCT PLC holds 8,385,881 shares inTreasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Crown Place VCT PLC is77,713,992.
