Crown Place VCT PLC01 August 2007 CROWN PLACE VCT PLC VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL In conformity with the Transparency Directive's provisions we would like tonotify the market of the following: Due to an administrative error the number of shares purchased by the Company on16 May 2007 was incorrectly disclosed in the announcement on that date and thetrue number purchased was 225,730 for cancellation. Therefore, Crown Place VCT PLC's capital as at 31 July 2007 consists of83,920,434 Ordinary shares with a nominal value of 10p. Crown Place VCT PLCholds 7,260,410 shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Crown Place VCT PLC is76,660,024.
