12 November 2013 - Craneware plc (AIM: CRW.L), the market leader in automated revenue integrity solutions for the US healthcare market, announces that all resolutions put to shareholders at the Company's AGM held today were duly passed on a show of hands.
The full text of each resolution was included in the Notice of the Meeting circulated to shareholders. Details of the proxy votes for each resolution received by the Company before the AGM are laid out below:
