Holding in Company
Craneware plc (AIM: CRW.L), was advised yesterday that on 21 April 2010 Mr. Gordon Craig sold 244,878 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 410p per share. Following the transaction, Mr. Craig has a total holding in the Company of 3,149,626 Ordinary Shares which represents 12.4% of the total issued share capital. This corrects the announcement made yesterday, RNS 5723K, in which Mr. Craig's total holding was published as being 244,878 Ordinary Shares.
