21 September 2022 - The Board of Craneware plc (AIM: CRW.L), the market leader in Value Cycle solutions for the US healthcare market, announces that on 20 September 2022, Keith Neilson, CEO of the Company, net* exercised options over 2,664 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of 400 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following the net* exercise of these share options, Mr. Neilson holds 3,434,186 Ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company, representing 9.66% of the Company's issued share capital.

*net of settlement of the exercise cost, income tax and national insurance contributions
