Craneware (AIM: CRW.L), the market leader in Value Cycle software solutions for the US healthcare market, is pleased to provide an update on trading ahead of its Annual General Meeting, which takes place at 10am today.  

The Group has enjoyed continued positive financial and operational performance since the start of the new financial year. The partner opportunities which launched at the end of the last financial year continue to gather momentum and the underlying sales pipeline continues to build, converting at an encouraging rate into revenue. With financial results tracking in line with management expectations, we look forward to providing a greater level of detail with our next Trading Update, ahead of our Interim Results.

US hospitals are now returning their attention to providing Value-Based Care and building resilience into their operating models through greater insights into their financials and operations. Through Trisus, our cloud-based data analytics and intelligence platform, we plan to be a central player in the digitalisation, the use of data to provide insights that improve the processes, of US healthcare. The team is focused on capturing this opportunity through market expansion and the delivery of increased value to our extensive hospital customer base.

We are confident that our resilient business model, extensive customer base, high levels of Annual Recurring Revenue, together with our strategy for delivering growth centred on the expansion of the Trisus platform, will enable us to create further long-term value for all our stakeholders.
