("Coral" or "the Company")
Completion of Acquisition & Placing
Further to the announcement made by the Company on 30 November 2012, Coral is pleased to report that it has completed the acquisition of the freehold of its manufacturing premises at Haydock and the placing of 3,800,000 new ordinary shares ("Placing Shares").
Application for admission to trading on AIM of the Placing Shares has been made and admission of the Placing Shares is expected to occur on 10 December 2012.
Following the issue of the Placing Shares, the issued share capital of the Company comprises 41,935,609 ordinary shares of 1 penny each.
