Director Dealings
Critical Metals plc, which is currently developing an ex-producing copper cobalt mine in the Democratic Republic of Congo ("DRC") announces that Russell Fryer, Chief Executive Officer, has sold 580,000 ordinary shares of £0.01p ('Ordinary Shares'), totalling £55,242.80 in a number of transactions. These sales took place to meet urgent financial obligations including outstanding tax commitments.
Following these transaction, Mr Fryer's stake in the company is 11,179,059 shares representing approximately 16.59% of the Company's voting rights.
