The Company confirms that all theresolutions proposed at the meeting were duly passed.Peter Jones, Chairman of the Company, welcomed shareholders to the meeting withthe following comments: "I am pleased to report that Chariot is continuing to build its businessfollowing a reorganisation and strategic review earlier in the year. We areconfident that whilst the Company still faces a number of challenges inexecuting its revised business plan, the concept of an alternative lottery whichis more charity friendly is still a compelling proposition for both charitiesand the lottery playing public. The Company is continuing to make further investment in IT and marketing inorder to: consolidate its existing business, generate new customers; andincrease ticket sales. The Company has made significant steps recently with the launch, this week, of anew promotion to increase ticket sales and attract new customers to the mondaylottery game. The Free £1m Lottery promotion gives players spending £5 or moreper week a free entry to a third draw where anyone matching all six numbers willwin £1m. The promotion is for five separate £1m draws from the 11th September2006 until 9th October 2006. It is supported by online and charity marketing,and public relations. We hope to then build on this with further promotions andaffiliate agreements in the coming months."
