Crest Nicholson Holdings plc announces that Jim Pettigrew, Senior Independent Director of Crest Nicholson Holdings plc, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director and Chairman of Miton Group plc with effect from 30 November 2017. Jim has also been appointed as a member of the Remuneration and Nomination Committees of Miton Group plc.

There are no additional matters requiring disclosure under Rule 9.6.13 of the UK Listing Rules.
