8 April 2013 Crystal Amber Fund Limited (the "Company") Transaction in Own Shares
The Board of Crystal Amber Fund Limited announces that on 5 April 2013, theCompany purchased 25,000 of its own ordinary shares of 1p each ("OrdinaryShares") at a price of 116.25p per share. These shares will be held as treasuryshares.
Following this transaction, the total number of Ordinary Shares held astreasury shares by the Company is 2,880,000. The total number of OrdinaryShares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) is 57,120,000.
