The Company was notified on 22 August 2017 that on 22 August 2017 Joanna Parkins, a PDMR of the Company, sold 175 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 1755.0p per Share.
As a result, Joanna Parkins' beneficial interest in the Company has decreased by 175 Shares.
