The Company was notified on 17 January 2018 that, on the same day, Jacqui Wild, the wife of Phil Wild, a Director of the Company sold 1,000 ordinary shares of 25p each ("Shares") in the Company at a price of 1735.0p per Share.
As a result of the above, Phil Wild's beneficial interest in the Company has decreased by 1,000 Shares.
