Director Shareholding
The Company was notified on 11th March 2009 that on 9th March 2009 the FJN Davis Discretionary Trust, of which Mr James Cropper, Chairman of the Company, is a trustee, acquired 8,000 Ordinary Shares of 25p each in the Company at a price of 66 pence per share. Mr Cropper has a non-beneficial interest in the Trust.
As a result of this transaction Mr James Cropper and his connected parties have a notifiable non-beneficial interest in 598,129 Ordinary Shares, representing 7.1% of the issued share capital of the Company.
Mr James Cropper and his connected parties also have a notifiable beneficial interest in the Company of 598,337 Ordinary Shares, representing 7.1% of the issued share capital of the Company, unchanged by the above transaction.
The percentage calculations are based on 8,472,368 Ordinary Shares, which is the total issued share capital of the Company with voting rights.
