The Company was notified on 20 February 2020 that on 19 February 2020, Isabelle Maddock, a Director of the Company, sold 1,920 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 1,320.0p per Share.
In addition, on 19 February 2020, Robert Maddock, the husband of Isabelle Maddock, a Director of the Company, sold 2,100 Shares at a price of 1,320.0p per Share.
As a result, Isabelle Maddock's beneficial interest in the Company was reduced by 4,020 Shares.
