A further listing application in respect of theMain Board of the JSE will be made in due course. The above mentioned OrdinaryShares were issued yesterday to Carey Pensions and Benefits Limited as nomineefor itself and as trustee for the CRG Benefit Trust to satisfy grants made toemployees. All of the Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existingissued ordinary shares of the Company.
