Additional Listing
Application has today been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the additional listing of 300,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List upon issuance. A further listing application in respect of the Main Board of the JSE will be made in due course. The above mentioned Ordinary Shares will be issued to the Carey Pensions and Benefits Limited as nominee for itself and as trustee for the CRG Benefit Trust to satisfy share-based remuneration grants. All of the Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company. It is anticipated that the shares will commence trading both in London and Johannesburg on 27 June 2008.
Of the above Ordinary Shares, 100,000 Ordinary Shares are to be issued to Mr. John Michael McMahon, a non-executive director of the Company. These are the only Ordinary Shares held by Mr McMahon and represent 0.04 per cent. of the Company.
