A further listing application in respect ofΒ the Main Board of the JSEΒ will be made in due course.Β The above mentioned Ordinary Shares will be issuedΒ toΒ the Carey Pensions and Benefits Limited as nominee for itself and as trustee forΒ the CRG Benefit Trust to satisfy share-based remuneration grants.Β All of the Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.Β It is anticipated that the shares will commence tradingΒ both inΒ LondonΒ andΒ JohannesburgΒ onΒ 27Β JuneΒ 2008.
