Creightons PLC26 April 2006 CREIGHTONS PLC AMENDMENT - DIRECTOR'S DEALING The following amends the director's dealing announcement released by Creightonsplc (the "Company") on 3 April 2006 under RNS number 8474A at 10.29am. The Company has been informed by Bernard Johnson that the previously disclosedbeneficial holding for him is incorrect and should be 3,344,569 ordinary shares. All other details remain unchanged and the full amended announcement appearsbelow: "The board of Creightons plc (the "Company") was informed that on 30 March 2006Bernard Johnson, a director of the Company transferred 2,000,000 ordinary sharesin the Company from his self-invested pension plan to his own name, at a priceof 1.5p. The transfer represents approximately 3.69 per cent. of the Company'sissued share capital. Bernard Johnson's previously disclosed beneficial holding of 3,744,569 ordinaryshares representing approximately 6.90 per cent. of the Company's issued sharecapital is incorrect and should instead be 3,344,569 ordinary sharesrepresenting approximately 6.16 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital."
