In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), Custodian REIT advises that David Hunter, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, was appointed as an independent non-executive director of GCP Student Living plc and as a member of its Audit and Risk, Management Engagement, Remuneration and Disclosure Committees, with effect from 1 May 2019.
GCP Student Living plc is the UK's first REIT focused on student residential assets.
