Result of AGM

Creston plc ('Creston' or the 'Group') (LSE: CRE), the international marketing communications group, is pleased to announce that at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held today, all proposed resolutions were passed. Details of the proxy votes received in respect of each resolution will be available shortly on the Group's website.

Additionally at the conclusion of the AGM, and in accordance with our previous announcement, David Grigson stepped down from his role as Non-Executive Chairman and as a member of the Board.

David has today been replaced as Non-Executive Chairman and Chairman of the Nomination Committee by Richard Huntingford, an existing member of the Board for three years.
