Conduit Holdings today announces that Neil Eckert, a Director and a person discharging managerial responsibilities in Conduit Holdings ("PDMR"), on 14th April 2021, acquired jointly with Nicola Eckert (a person closely associated with Neil Eckert) 7,406 Conduit Holdings common shares of par value $0.01 per share each at a price of 533.75 pence per share. Neil's total current shareholding ownership interest now stands at 587,407 common shares.
