PDMR Notification
Conduit Holdings Limited today announces that it was notified on 2 April 2025, that:
(1) Neil Eckert, a person discharging managerial responsibility in CHL ("PDMR"), has in order to effect a "Bed and ISA" transaction, sold 11,570 Common Shares at a price of £3.365 per Common Share and then repurchased into his Individual Savings Account (ISA) 5,785 Common Shares at a price of £3.365 per Common Share;
(2) Nicola Eckert, a person closely associated (PCA) with Neil Eckert, has in order to effect a "Bed and ISA" transaction, following the sale of Common Shares by Neil Eckert, purchased into her ISA, 5,785 Common Shares at a price of £3.365 per Common Share;
The above transactions all took place on 2 April 2025.
Following these transactions Neil Eckert's beneficial ownership interest (which includes shares held by PCA Nicola Eckert) stands at 825,902 common shares.
