Conduit Holdings today announces that Richard Sandor, a Director and person discharging managerial responsibilities in Conduit Holdings ("PDMR"), on 26 November 2021, acquired 500 Conduit Holdings common shares of par value $0.01 per share each at an aggregate price of £4.13 per common share and on 25 November 2021, acquired 600 Conduit Holdings common shares of par value $0.01 per share each at an aggregate price of £4.27 per common share.. Richard Sandor's total current shareholding ownership interest in Conduit Holdings Limited now stands at 15,000 common shares.
