Cordel CFO Appointment

Cordel Group PLC (AIM: CRDL), the Artificial Intelligence platform for transport corridor analytics, is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms Natasha Dinneen as permanent Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") and Director of the Company, effective immediately. Ms Dinneen will also assume the role of Company Secretary.

The Company announced on 11 March 2024 that Ms Thouraya Walker, the Company's former CFO, would be taking a 6-month sabbatical and the appointment of Ms Dinneen as the Company's interim CFO. Ms Walker has now returned from sabbatical and is moving to a non-executive director position on the Board, with immediate effect.

Ian Buddery, Chairman of the Board, said:

"We are delighted to retain Thouraya's skills and experience as a board member and for Natasha to continue as CFO, a role in which she has made a very impressive contribution over the last six months.  Natasha is a former KPMG auditor and has held senior finance roles with early stage technology companies in the UK. She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants England and Wales. Having two highly skilled female directors on the board is a win for the Company and our stakeholders."
