Total Voting Rights

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1 we notify the market that as at 30 June 2022:

Croda International Plc's issued share capital consists of 142,536,884 ordinary shares of 10.609756p each of which 2,901,442 ordinary shares are held in treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Croda International Plc is 139,635,442.

The above figure (139,635,442) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Croda International Plc under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
