The Board of Copper Resources Corporation (AIM: CRC.L) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that on 15th January 2008, the Company appointed Mr. Robert Fischer to the Board of Directors.

Mr Fischer joins the Board as an independent non-executive director. He holds an engineering degree from the Free University of Brussels Solvay Business School.
