Felix Group PLC16 February 2007 16 February 2007 Felix Group plc announces MAX BOX Operational Agreement with Bank Machine Limited Felix Group plc ("Felix"), the company behind the MAX BOX multi-function digitalretail ATM machine, today announces an Operations agreement with Bank MachineLtd, ("Bank Machine") the UK's premier Independent ATM provider which is adivision of Cardtronics, the world's largest automated teller machine ("ATM")operator. The agreement will see Felix and Bank Machine working together to deploy MAX BOXmachines with Bank Machine commissioning, owning, managing and maintaining theATM product offering, providing all the requisite operational ATM servicesthrough its membership of LINK, the UK ATM network. Felix will focus ondelivering its own core competence - that of providing proven and new,innovative digital content. Both parties will work together to find new sites to deploy machines and BankMachine will, over time, review its existing estate and where appropriate eitherreplace an existing ATM with an integrated MAX BOX machine or use its venueinfluence to seek agreement to install a MAX BOX mini machine (digital contentonly).
