Board Changes
The Board of Directors of Crawshaw Group plc (the "Board") has today agreed to accept the resignation of Andrew Richardson as a Director of the Company with effect from 8th May 2009. The Board would like to thank Andrew for his contribution to the business since he joined in 2007 and wish him all the best for the future.
The Group also announces that Lynda Sherratt has been appointed as Finance Director of Crawshaw Group plc with effect from 8 May 2009. Lynda was Finance Director of Felix Group PLC prior to the acquisition of Crawshaw Group Ltd and has subsequently acted as Company Secretary for the Group. In her new role Lynda will be Finance Director and Company Secretary.
