Granting of Share Options

CAP-XX Limited announces that on 8th December 2011 the Company issued a total of 2,005,000 options over ordinary shares in the Company to its directors and staff.
Ā
485,000 of these options were issued to the Company's directors at an exercise price of 21p per share. These options, which will vest in equal portions over 4 years and are exercisable up to 4 years from the date of grant.
