CAP-XX Limited, a world leader in the design and manufacture of supercapacitors and energy management systems, announces that, on 16 November 2022, Steen Feldskov, Non-Executive Director, bought 315,787 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 3.164 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the above purchase, Steen Feldskov now has a total beneficial interest in 425,000 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to approximately 0.1 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
