Aberforth Partners LLP does not have discretion regarding voting decisions in respect of 25,573,565 shares included in the total disclosed above. This total comprises 3,570,030 shares held by The Church Commissioners for England and 22,003,535 shares held by The Wellcome Trust, both of whom retain voting control over their shareholdings.
