DIRECTORS'/PDMR INTERESTS IN SHARES

The Company has today been advised that Harris Ventures Limited, a company connected to Lord Harris and Martin Harris has sold 1,500,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at £5.30 per share. 

The Company has also today been advised that Martin Harris has sold 800,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at £5.30 per share. 

The Company has been advised that these transactions are for personal wealth management reasons.

The revised beneficial interest in the Shares of the Company of Lord Harris and Martin Harris are set out below:

Note: the beneficial interest of Lord Harris and Martin Harris includes the interests held by Harris Ventures Limited and its subsidiaries, namely 8,443,470 shares representing 12.5% of the issued share capital of the Company.
