DIRECTORS'/PDMR INTERESTS IN SHARES
Further to the announcement made on 18 May 2018 concerning the Placing and Open Offer, the Directors named beneath subscribed for the number of shares as set out below:
Wilf Walsh, who holds 181,364 Existing Ordinary Shares subscribed for 331,064 New Ordinary Shares in the Placing and Open Offer.
Neil Page, who holds 88,734 Existing Ordinary subscribed for 144,972 New Ordinary Shares in the Placing and Open Offer.
David Clifford, who holds 5,000 Existing Ordinary Shares subscribed for 16,296 New Ordinary Shares in the Placing and Open Offer.
All applications were made unconditionally in advance of the Company entering into a close period.
