DIRECTORS'/PDMR INTERESTS IN SHARES
The Company has been advised that 176 shares have been purchased at £8.39 under the Company's All Employee Share Ownership Plan (AESOP) which total included fifteen shares for each of Lord Harris, Mr M Harris, Mr C. Sollesse and Mr N. Page.
Also included in the purchase were fifteen shares for Mrs Caroline Sollesse. Shares purchased for Mrs Sollesse form part of Mr Sollesse's beneficial interest below.
