Further to the announcement made on 1 November 2018 that Andrew Page, the current Senior Independent Director of the Company is stepping down from the Board at the end of the calendar year, in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11 the Company announces that David Clifford will become the Company's Senior Independent Director with effect from 1 January 2019.
