Block Listing of Shares

Application has been made to The UK Listing Authority and The London Stock Exchange for block listings totalling 3,250,000 Ordinary shares of 10 pence each to trade on The London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to The Official List. The shares shall rank equally with the existing issued shares of the Company.

Shares from this application will be issued from the following Share Option Schemes:

CPPGroup Plc Executive Share Option Plan 2005 and

CPPGroup Holdings Limited Exit Plan 2008.
