NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR APPOINTMENTS

The Company is pleased to announce the appointments of Arlene Isaacs-Lowe and Sundar Raman as Non-executive directors with effect from 1 November 2021 and 1 January 2022 respectively. On appointment, both Arlene and Sundar will also join the Audit, Corporate Responsibility, Nomination and Remuneration Committees.

Arlene is currently Special Advisor at Moody's Corporation and was formerly their Global Head of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), where she developed and implemented their global CSR strategy. She joined Moody's Corporation in 1998 and held various senior leadership, analytical, commercial and relationship management roles before assuming her current position in 2021. Prior to joining Moody's, Arlene was Chief Financial Officer of Equinox Realty Advisors LLC and before that, she was a portfolio manager with MetLife Realty Group, Inc.

Sundar is currently the Global CEO of Fabric and Home Care, Procter & Gamble's largest business, where he is responsible for delivering growth through innovation, a synchronised supply chain, brand building and sales. He started his career with Procter & Gamble in 1998 as a market analyst and held a number of senior leadership roles in business intelligence, marketing and innovation across a variety of product lines and market segments prior to his current role.

There are no matters which require disclosure in respect of the appointments of Ms Isaacs-Lowe and Mr Raman in accordance with LR 9.6.13 (1) to (6).
